Tuition:

School of Ministry and related costs should be considered well in advance of registration and are the responsibility of each student. A schedule of courses and costs must be obtained by the student before each year of studies in order to properly prepare financially.

All students, both new and returning, must fill out a registration form for each semester, to be submitted on or before the registration deadline.

Registration Form

Tuition fees are $150 per course and are fully due on or before Registration Day.

Students may:

  • Register for all courses on the official registration day at the beginning of each semester,
  • Or for each course one week in advance of the start date.
  • All fees are payable on or before one week in advance of the start date.

Full-time students work throughout the academic year; September through April. Full-time students will be working toward academic accreditation.

Part-time students may work at various courses throughout the year. These courses also work toward academic accreditation.

Books:

All students, whether registering for one, several or all classes, should attend Orientation Day and obtain a book list.

Students are responsible to order and purchase (online) required books for each course. Obtaining and reading designated books is not optional, as they are necessary for the successful completion of courses. Book lists will be made available in advance of, or on, Orientation Day, and books should be ordered immediately to allow for shipping time.

Unpaid Accounts:

A student may not register for further courses or receive any diplomas, grades, transcripts or letters of recommendation (or participate in graduation ceremonies) until all financial obligations have been satisfied in accordance with the financial policies.
